We were thrilled to go aboard for a Ship’s Tour – Sarah was brilliant in explaining and proudly showing the ship’s wonders, and Brendan gave us a great insight into her drivability up on the bridge. Big hugs to Tara – you made our day.

investigator07The view over Hobart from the bridge was brilliant, what a sight those old Henry Jones Buildings must have been to sailors doing it tough a century ago. Home at last.

amundsenWe wandered back into Salamanca, past Roald Amundsen who pioneered Antarctic exploration, and enjoyed a beer or two while waiting for friends before we dined at Three Japanese.

salamancaWhat a great day, what a great city Hobart is!
